Thank You to Supporters of Our “Brighter Futures Toolkit!”
In our May newsletter, we challenged our friends and supporters to make a difference in the lives of children and families by contributing to our “Brighter Futures Toolkit” initiative. This “toolkit” ensures that our programs stay current with the ever-changing needs of the community so that we can help children and families build foundations for brighter futures. Any person who made a donation to HFI before June 30 was entered in a drawing to win two tickets to the 20th Annual Arthur J. Rooney Sr. Courage House Award Luncheon.
Congratulations to Mr. Gerald Sever of Allison Park, winner of two tickets to this year’s event which will be held on October 30. The event honors a Pittsburgh Steeler and a Holy Family alum for showing courage in overcoming obstacles in their lives. Thank you to Mr. Sever and all the generous donors who contributed to our “Brighter Futures Toolkit.”
