Counseling Through Telehealth
As Holy Family Institute continues to respond to issues concerning COVID-19, our behavioral health services are more important now than ever. Continuity of care for our clients is paramount, as is the ability to seamlessly serve any individual or family in need of our services.
If you are a current client in our mental health, family health or substance use disorder programs, please contact your counselor about ways to continue your sessions. If you are new to HFI’s services and want to begin counseling, keep reading to learn about the programs we currently offer.
How do I use Telehealth?
All you need is a phone or computer with a camera to have an appointment with one of our clinicians. When making your appointment (or if you already have one scheduled), our staff will assist you in arranging your telehealth visit and provide instructions. Appointments via telephone call without video are available as well.

In Home Mental Health Counseling (Family-Focused)
Our Family Focused Solution Based Services are designed for families impacted by serious emotional and behavioral issues. This program provides intensive in-home mental health and support services to families, helping reduce the risk of psychiatric hospitalization or out-of-home placement.
