Students Unveil "Les Iris" Mural at Northside Common Ministries
The students of the HFI Cathy Pelusi Art Studio unveiled their first public art piece on Monday, October 15. The students worked on this 8 x 13′ mural, inspired by Van Gogh’s “Les Iris,” during the spring and summer months and donated it to Northside Common Ministries, the largest food pantry helping food-insecure families in the Pittsburgh area. Mr. Jay Poliziani, Director of Northside Common Ministries, hosted a celebration to share the art with the community.
