Reports to: Director of Community Initiatives
Hours: Flexible to meet the needs of the program
Locations: Allegheny and
General Statement of Duties: The Program Director will provide overall
direction and management of this program and its employees.
Essential Functions:
1. Promotes the Mission and Philosophy of
Holy Family Institute.
2. Manage the staff and ensure that goal-directed
treatment plans are submitted in a timely and concise manner
3. Ensure that staff meets all billable
hour goals and objectives of the program.
4. Provide support to staff and ensure
that required documentation is complete and submitted to appropriate agencies
in a timely manner.
5. Market the program to other providers
and counties in order to expand the service base and growth of the program.
6. Hire staff as needed.
7. Has budgetary responsibility for the
program.
8. Attends all mandatory training.
9. Maintains client confidentiality.
10.Additional responsibilities as directed
by supervisor.
Minimum
Qualifications: Candidates must have a Master’s Degree
in Human Services discipline; knowledge of child development and family
dynamics; licensed counselor (LCSW, LSW, LPC) with the ability to bill through
a provider network such as Highmark, Health America, Health Assurance, Cigna
etc.; minimum of 3 years experience in counseling children, adolescents, and
young adults who have drug and alcohol issues. Minimum of 3 years experience
managing and supervising staff. Candidate
must have a valid PA driver’s license and current Act 33/34 clearances. EOE
