Reports to: Program Supervisor – SNAP Program
Hours: Hourly, part-time
position. Will work 10-15 hours per
week. Schedule to be decided based on
client needs.
General Statement of Duties: The
Case Aide/Transporter must supervise and transport residents to and from the
SNAP group meetings.
Essential Functions:

Promotes the

Provides excellent supervision of
clients during transport duties.
3.
Transports clients in a punctual
manner, utilizing safe driving skills at all times.
4.
Develops and maintains professional and
collaborative relationships with children, parents, community supports, staff,
volunteers, referring agents and other professionals.
5.
Communicates with the Program
Supervisor regarding client behavior and interaction in the community.
6.
Maintains cleanliness of the agency
vehicle and reports all maintenance concerns as needed.
7.
Completes all required documentation in
keeping with Agency standards.
8.
Handles unanticipated events and crisis
situations in a positive, constructive manner.
9.
Participates in team meetings,
supervisory conferences and other meetings necessary to the position.
10.
Maintains client confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a High School Diploma
or equivalent and excellent driving skills. Current Act 33/34 and valid PA driver’s
